Welcome to COASTALBLUSHWEAR, operated by TAC OPP I (THE LENNOX) PTY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 88 Phillip Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our website coastalblushwear.com and all purchases of goods placed through our site. By browsing, accessing, registering or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website.

Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a legal guardian. You confirm that all information you submit during checkout is true, accurate and complete.
Product & Pricing All product descriptions, images and prices displayed on our website are for reference only. We reserve the right to modify product pricing, descriptions and stock availability at any time without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. All prices shown on the website do not include local import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply in your destination country. Import fees, customs charges and local consumption taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment We accept payments processed by Stripe and other approved payment processors. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order at checkout. All payment information you submit is handled securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Any disputes related to payment transactions must first be raised with us via contact@coastalblushwear.com before initiating a chargeback. We will investigate each dispute fairly in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation Receipt of your checkout confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to stock shortages, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, violation of our policies, or destination restrictions. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery We offer free shipping for all orders shipped to all European countries, the United States and Hong Kong. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, public holidays or events outside our control. Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to you once the parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Our return rules are detailed in our separate Return Policy. Your statutory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law, EU consumer law and other applicable regional laws are not limited by these terms.
Intellectual Property All text, images, logos, graphics, branding and design content on coastalblushwear.com are the intellectual property of COASTALBLUSHWEAR. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability related to any order will not exceed the total purchase amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New South Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
